December 2022 - Cats
In recent months, we have seen a trend back towards in-person events. Since bringing people together over puzzles and supporting local businesses are some of the main goals of Puzzled Pint, we will be returning to our pre-pandemic model of making the puzzles available first for in-person events on Tuesdays and then publishing them online the following day in January 2023. If you have any questions or would like assistance starting an in-person event in your city, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.

For teams solving remotely:
Thank you to this month's authors: Keith Dechant, Nova Miranda (Portland, OR), and Ben Zoon (Boise, ID)
Nova, Keith, and Ben met many years ago in Portland through their shared love of hiking and the outdoors. When the pandemic hit, they started using the non-Puzzled-Pint-Tuesdays as virtual game nights as a way to stay connected and entertained, and this eventually evolved into puzzle writing nights! They are excited to present this first Puzzled Pint set, and already have a second in the works. Ben, our team's avid crossword enthusiast, has also had a puzzle published in the Wall Street Journal. Nova's and Keith's cats, Artemis & Elsa (and the late Bandit) also say "meow!" and are excited to be featured in this month's puzzle set!
