Apples to Apples
- The green apples and the red apples are opposites in some way.
- Pay particular attention to the apples’ “cores.” You can peel away the “skin.”
- The red apples are in alphabetical order.
- The red apples are AGAINST, APRON, ATHENS, CLEAVER, COVERT, MINT, OLIVER, PHOTO, SEVENS, SWELLS, THIGHS, WHISK.
- Compare those to the green apples and see if you notice some similarities or differences.
- The “core” of each green apple (everything except its first and last letters) is the opposite of the “core” of one of the red apples.
- The number of leaves each apple in the tree has is significant.
- Extract a letter from each sour match, using the number of leaves on its red apple as the extraction number.
- IT'S APPEALING
Pictionary
- The words on the left are in alphabetical order.
- Do you notice any similarities between the words on the left and the words on the right?
- Each picture on the left sounds like a word on the right, plus another letter.
- For example, the first picture on the right is a BOW. One of the pictures on the right is OBOE, or O+BOW.
- Team A words: ACORN, ARCHERY, BERET, COFFEE, EMBRACE, ENGINE, GARDEN, GUILTY, OBOE, SCALPEL. Team B words: BOW, CHERRY, GUARD, BEAR, BRACE, COUGH, GIN, GILL, CORN, SCALP.
- Once you have all the clue solutions, read the extra letters in order of the words on the right.
- ORNAMENTAL
Twister
- Cut out the small, medium, and large circles on page 2. Do not cut out the largest circle.
- Go through the game step by step. Each step will produce a single letter.
- Determine each letter by aligning the color, body part, and spot on the left side of the circles. Then read the resulting Morse code on the right side of the circles.
- You will not be able to determine each letter in order; some steps require information from later steps to figure them out.
- Use the grid on page 1 to keep track of the locations of each move.
- The dotted brackets indicate how to group the letters to get the final answer.

Taboo
- The circle with a slash through it means that you should add something to the beginning of each clued picture that means “not” or “not allowed.”
- The solutions to the clues all have something in common, which is hinted at in the flavortext.
- The words are: BARBELL, BARGAIN, BARKING, BARON, BARRACKS, BARRAGE, BARROW.

- There is one final step, related to the theme of this puzzle.
- The extracted letters spell BARIANS, but the solution has 10 letters. What can you add to make a word?
- BARBARIANS
Meta - Clue
- The four clues at the top of the puzzle tell you which weapon each suspect will pick up, as well as where they are trying to go.
- Each suspect also matches one of the four feeder puzzle solutions.
- Mrs. Peacock: BARBARIANS, wrench, Ballroom; Prof. Plum: ORNAMENTAL, candlestick, Billiard Room; Mr. Green: ITSAPPEALING, knife, Hall; Colonel Mustard: TIEDUPINKNOTS, rope, Kitchen.
- You’ll need to make a continuous path for each suspect from their starting location to their ending location that goes through their weapon. Put one letter of the puzzle solution on each empty square. Do not put a letter on the square with the weapon. The paths do not cross each other.
- MADE A KILLING
Bonus - Simon
- Each phrase clues three separate words. The first word is a color. The second word makes a phrase when it follows the color word, and the third word makes a phrase with the second word.
- The clue phrases are in alphabetical order, not including the color words.
- For example, “Cowardly way of expressing yourself in movement” leads to “yellow belly dancing.” “Yellow” and “belly” go together, and “belly” and “dancing” go together.
- The first three clues are: “green bean counter,” yellow belly dancing,” “yellow card table.”
